You are bidding on an 1841 Hard Bound Book Titled "TREATISE ON CARRIAGE, SIGN, AND ORNAMENTAL PAINTING" Written By Orson Campbell. The Book covers Carriage Varnishing, Transferring Pictures and Plates, Sign Painting, and Ornamental Painting. This is an excellent book detailing how these things were done in the early 1800s. A great source of information for Restoration work. There are Many pages of Letters in various styles. Details Ornamental Painting of Mahogany, Curled Maple, Turtle Shell, and Black Marble. The Book is in good conditon, The pages are intact, but some are stained. The Binding is not tight, but there are no loose pages, The Book is 112 Pages long. It measures 6 1/2" by 9 1/4" by 1/2" thick. You probably will never see a copy of this book again. Check my other listings. I will have a number of interesting Items up for bid.
