S. 3658 in the Senate of the United States, January 16, 1936 Mr. Benson introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Education and Labor. To Provide vocational training and employment for youth between the ages of sixteen and twenty-five; to provide for full educational opportunities for high-school, college, and post-graduate students; and for other purposes.
