This is an original - not a reproduction. I believe that this piece dates to pre 1910. The top of the box states that this is the "Super De Luxe Package". The cough drop case/tin is also marked "Super Deluxe" along with "Luden's Menthol Cough Drops" on the outside and "WM H. Luden Inc", "Reading PA" on the inside. The tin is in excellent condition with minor scratching and rubbing. The rubs are mostly around the edges. The outside of the tin has a great dentil molding type border. The inside has six spaces for the cough drops. The bottom half of the box has 2 corner splits. The box top has some wear but no splits or tears. Overall this great old piece is in wonderful condition. The tin measures approximately 2.5 inches by 2.25 inches and just over 1/4 inch thick. See photos for details.
