Covers American first editions and notable revisions thereof produced between the Federal era and 1930. The first four volumes here are second or third printings, the rest are first printings. There is some foxing to the page edges (especially the top edges) and some minor spotting and general handling wear to the exteriors, but all nine volumes are clean, unmarked and firmly bound, with the sixth volume showing fading to the spine cloth.
